Becoming a leader in our respective tribal communities is a process rather than a destination. Traditional tribal leadership roles require self sacrifice for the survival of our people. And understanding of self and the dedication necessary to facilitate the social advancement of our representative communities is a pivotal point in reclaiming traditional tribal leadership.
